These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the NorthWest Site Services LLC website, nwsiteservicesllc.com, and the rental of luxury restroom trailers and related services provided by NorthWest Site Services LLC (“NorthWest Site Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, requesting a quote, making a reservation, or renting equipment from NorthWest Site Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Rental Services

NorthWest Site Services provides luxury restroom trailer rentals for events, private parties, corporate events, festivals, job sites, long-term rentals, and other approved uses.

Trailer availability is subject to the requested date, location, trailer availability, and other logistical considerations.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until NorthWest Site Services has received any required deposit or payment and has confirmed the reservation.

2. Reservations

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including:

  • Customer name and contact information

  • Rental location

  • Event or rental date

  • Estimated number of guests

  • Type of event or intended use

  • Site access information

  • Any other information necessary for delivery and setup

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in additional charges, delays, inability to complete delivery, or cancellation of the rental.

3. Pricing and Payment

Rental pricing is based on the trailer selected, rental duration, location, and services included with the rental.

Any applicable delivery, service, travel, generator, extended rental, or other fees will be communicated to the customer before the reservation is finalized whenever reasonably possible.

Payment requirements, including deposits and remaining balances, will be communicated at the time of booking.

All payments must be made according to the payment terms provided by NorthWest Site Services.

4. Delivery and Setup

NorthWest Site Services will coordinate delivery and setup of the restroom trailer at the agreed-upon rental location.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery area is reasonably accessible and suitable for the trailer.

The customer must provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Adequate space for the trailer and tow vehicle

  • A suitable parking and setup area

  • Reasonably stable and level ground

  • Clear access free of vehicles, structures, debris, branches, or other obstacles

  • Access to any required utilities when applicable

The customer must notify NorthWest Site Services in advance of any conditions that may affect delivery, including narrow driveways, steep inclines, soft or unstable ground, gates, overhead obstacles, restricted access, or other potential hazards.

NorthWest Site Services reserves the right to refuse delivery or relocate the trailer if the proposed location is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable.

Additional charges may apply when special delivery requirements, excessive travel, difficult access, or site conditions require additional time, equipment, labor, or travel.

5. Rental Period

The rental period begins when the restroom trailer is delivered and ends when NorthWest Site Services removes the trailer.

The trailer must remain at the approved rental location for the duration of the rental unless otherwise authorized by NorthWest Site Services.

Customers may not move, tow, relocate, or otherwise attempt to transport the restroom trailer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of the restroom trailer during the rental period.

Customers and their guests may not:

  • Move or tow the trailer

  • Tamper with plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems

  • Attempt repairs or modifications

  • Use the trailer for any purpose other than its intended restroom use

  • Flush or place inappropriate materials into the toilets

  • Dispose of grease, chemicals, paint, food, or other non-approved substances through the plumbing

  • Damage, remove, or tamper with trailer fixtures, furnishings, or equipment

The customer is responsible for communicating appropriate restroom use guidelines to guests, employees, workers, or other individuals using the trailer.

7. Damage or Excessive Cleaning

The customer may be responsible for costs associated with damage to the restroom trailer or its equipment caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow these Terms.

Additional charges may also apply for excessive cleaning, removal of prohibited materials, plumbing blockages, damage to fixtures, or other conditions requiring additional labor or service beyond normal rental use.

Customers will be notified of any applicable additional charges.

8. Water, Waste, and Utilities

Unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement, NorthWest Site Services will provide the standard water and waste services included with the selected rental package.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the trailer is not connected to unauthorized water, sewer, electrical, or other utility systems.

If a generator is required, generator rental may be available for an additional fee.

Customers may not operate, modify, or connect equipment to the trailer without authorization from NorthWest Site Services.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the rental agreement and timing of the cancellation.

Any applicable deposits, reservation fees, or payments may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling restrictions.

Customers should contact NorthWest Site Services as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change a reservation.

NorthWest Site Services will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, rescheduling is subject to trailer availability and may not always be possible.

Any specific cancellation terms provided in the customer's rental agreement will control in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.

10. Weather and Site Conditions

NorthWest Site Services will make reasonable efforts to complete scheduled deliveries and pickups despite normal weather conditions.

However, severe weather, flooding, snow, ice, excessive mud, unsafe ground conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery, setup, servicing, or pickup.

If conditions make delivery or pickup unsafe or could reasonably result in damage to the trailer or property, NorthWest Site Services may delay, relocate, or cancel service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the rental site remains reasonably accessible throughout the rental period.

11. Property Damage

NorthWest Site Services is not responsible for damage to private property, landscaping, driveways, pavement, lawns, underground utilities, or other property resulting from conditions that were not disclosed to us before delivery or from conditions outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for notifying us of underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, fragile surfaces, hidden obstacles, or other property conditions that may affect trailer placement or delivery.

We will use reasonable care when delivering and setting up equipment.

12. Long-Term Rentals

Long-term rentals may be subject to additional terms, pricing, servicing schedules, payment requirements, and site requirements.

Long-term rental customers will receive applicable terms specific to their rental agreement.

13. Website Use

The content on nwsiteservicesllc.com is provided for general informational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but pricing, availability, trailer specifications, photographs, features, and other information may change without notice.

Photographs shown on the website are intended to represent our rental equipment. Actual trailers may vary slightly in appearance, layout, furnishings, or features.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, or distribution of website content, photographs, logos, or other materials belonging to NorthWest Site Services is prohibited without written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as payment processing, website hosting, analytics, scheduling, communication, maps, or other website features.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. NorthWest Site Services is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party service providers.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NorthWest Site Services LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or rental services.

Our liability, if any, relating to a rental shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the applicable rental, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NorthWest Site Services LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer's misuse of the rental equipment, violation of these Terms, or negligent or unauthorized conduct.

17. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

NorthWest Site Services reserves the right to refuse a rental, refuse delivery, or terminate a rental when necessary due to unsafe conditions, misuse of equipment, illegal activity, nonpayment, unauthorized use, or other circumstances that may create a safety risk or substantial risk of damage.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal dispute arising from these Terms or a rental agreement shall be handled in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Illinois, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

NorthWest Site Services may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be updated.

Your continued use of nwsiteservicesllc.com or rental of our services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
